I hope this is the right section for this. If not could a Mod please move it for me? Thank you.

I can't take pictures so please forgive me. I don't own a camera.

My friend has a flashlight from Gander Mountain. It is from their Guide Series. This light is a 9 volt flashlight and runs on 3 cr123 batteries. It has a xenon bulb. The reflector is 1 1/2" in diameter. The package says it produces up to 150 lumens. The package also says it would run for up to 90 minutes on the three batteries. The finish is black and looks like a type II finish.

I am trying to find out if there is a place where I can get extra bulbs or an led drop in for it. Can anyone help? This light is not listed on their site anymore. He was given this light on 11-17-07.

If the bulb looks like this bulb, it is a common size xenon bulb assembly. This means there are tons of incandescent and LED dropins available on all kinds of sites, dealextreme being one of them. WARNING: The bulb I linked to is NOT a suitable replacement for in a 9volt (3CR123's in series) light.

About what you should get: it really depends. Think about what the light is going to be used for and then think what bulb would be best for that kind of use (LED or Xenon and power level). And make sure the bulb assembly you get can handle 3 CR123 cells.

If it's a different bulb, we really need a picture. Or try searching on a couple sites which sell bulbs untill you find one which looks like it.
