How come some of the drop-ins for D26-lights create a small gap between the head and the body of the flashlight? I mean, If you are about to create a dropin-module to run a LED in a D26-light, why don´t you go the extra mile to make sure it fits the best lights out there?? :huh2:
The ones that come to mind right now is the LiteMania Cree-drop-in, and the BOG 5W and some other modules...always a small gap....
I´m about to Cree-up my little Z57-E1E-E2C-Z44-light and I hate gaps between the head and the body.... both on my lights and on myself!!:naughty: What module should I go for?? Is there any such module out?? or can I modify one of the existing ones to make the gap go away??
BTW. I hope the next module made for D26-Cree works with lower voltage than 3.6V..... 3.0V should be perfect, then I can run primaries too!
