Gerber Infinity Tail Switch Poll

The new Gerber Infinity Ultras with the tail switch will be available in August or September (current Gerber estimate). Just curious what your take is on this and whether you prefer the switch at the head (current location) or the tail.

Too early to say. Let's see the implementation first. I'm not too crazy about the CMG Sonic tail switch design, but perhaps they'll do a better job with the Ultra.

It's not perfect, but the tail switch on the Dorcy 3LED 1AA light transforms it into a very convenient, grab-it-first lighting tool. It's good to see Gerber initiating changes in a line that seemed to be stagnating. BTW, do you have an URL or news release outlining the changes upcoming for the Infinity?
