Gerber lx 3.0 vs Surefire L5

I'm thinking about buying the L5. The tint on my gerber lx 3.0 is pretty white compared to my surefire KL3, but I can still notice some blue in it. Does anyone know if I can expect the L5 to be even whiter than my gerber lx 3.o? Can anyone make any comparisons for me having owned both the gerber lx 3.0 and the L5 in terms of tint ? Even Surefire doesn't "pick" tints. You are as likely to get a greenie, or something "off", as you are from Gerber, etc.

Mu first Gerber LX 3.0 was green. A nice distributer swapped it for me. The new one is OK.
