Glowring X2 Candle Power?

For kicks and giggles has anyone tried finding out what the candle power output is on a Glowring X2? I'd be interested in finding out.

Best guess here is that they'd be in the low µcd (microcandela) or even pcd (picocandela) range; however I do not have an instrument for measuring values that small, so I have no way to verify this.
