More good news started of bad T-Mobile kept sending me emails for a new account they said I had they asked for money I didn't have this account . It wasn't mine I called them but that computer that answers there phone kept asking me for my account number. Well I didn't have one lol. I could not figure out how to speak to a human. Well they sent it to a collections agent. . But I explained everything and they agreed it wasn't me. I told them to check what address they sent the modem to. But at least that's over.

Glad something (someone) made a move at T-Mobile. In NL that company is known for modest prices and an awful CS. Lately they merged with the cell-phone branch of Tele-2 and call themselves ODIDO. Well, that certainly was a smart move. First your reputation starts with a clean slate, and second your average "performance" is uplifted by the presence of the well organized former Tele-2 CS.
