Govt issue AA LED ???

Very similar to ARC AA. I bought one as a Christmas gift along with a bunch of ARC AAA's and a ARC AA. Well, it got lost and I can't find any of the order info from the purchase. I thought I got it from an advertiser on CPF, but have searched the banners with no luck. I'd buy an ARC AA, but need the light soon and ARC is soooo backordered. Does anyone remember this or have a link? Thanks.
