if SBK is arround, or someone simular.. i am still interested in a laser mod to my 5MW green i got from thinkgeek earlier in the year.. i was wondering if possible to maybe get 70> MW output out of it? with alot of laser lifetime?.. if so let me know plz and the cost etc..

i still am waiting for my 45MW to be replaced by chris at Wickedlasers i sent it last saturday and sent him 2 emails.. 1 2 days ago and 1 yesterday, still not recieved anything back yet /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif if it got lost somewhere i am going to be pretty mad.. spending nearly 200 quid on a laser is not cheap by any means.. not to me anyway.

Hi mate, if it is the old model leadlight (i.e. the one without the red LED on the side) I can do it - I have got to 50mw on my last few attempts - no diodes burning so far so I guess the power can be pushed to the spec of the diode.

But...interesting I just send my extreme back to Chris last Monday - I think it's still in transit - I'll check the tracking service - let me know how you get on with it - mine was only half - 25mw!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif

If you are in UK it may take a fortnight to get there though.

If you want send me a PM, I can do the resistor swap only on the old model leadlights though. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Mine is the older models yes without the LED.. and the broken one from thinkgeek.. read your PM's /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
