A lot of you guys are busy with your automated machines, or manual mills, and here I am doing stuff by hand and eye.

Only using a square rule and a home made center punch for markup.

I'm working on a base plate for the compressors, let me tell you, measure 100 times, get the cut setup then measure a few more times. Maybe now you can cut, when you are absolutely sure it's right.

I wasted a good aluminum plate a tap (because taps and electric drills only get along till you tap the last hole, then they hate each other) and some time.

I'll get some pics up when I'm done, wish me luck, I only get 1-2 more shots at this.

Taking it slow and easy.
