That's Thanksgiving if you didn't "get" it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Thanksgiving (November 25 in the USA) is tomorrow, and I just thought I'd wish everybody here on CPF a happy one.

The turkey that is in my fridge has several obvious conditions incompatible with life. Not the least of which is decapitation. I'm pretty sure it's dead.

And if you cook it right it's not so dry /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

happy halloween everyone.and turkey day to /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

My turkeys are never dry. They are consistently juicy, tender, and super-flavorful.

Of course, they're deep fried in peanut-oil, after being injected with marinade! And counter-intuitively, except for the skin, they are not really oily either!!

If anyone wants deep-fried turkey tips, email me, as I'm on like probably my 15th one.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Deep fry A turkey in peanut oil once.
You'll never want to cook it any other way.
