Harbor Freight HID's?

Nothing as far as I know, they should have the same battery, ballast, and bulb. The larger body of the original, cheaper one has a built in AC charger, and a 12V cord. I bought mine before the newer 3152 came out, and I probably would have bought the smaller one. I probably will anyway, but I just bought a Xenide...

There are several differences. The larger one can run off of DC. The smaller one has a better quality beam even though it does not throw as far.
The larger one is fully self contained. It has it's own internal charger and permanently attached chords for both AC and DC charging.
The Smaller one is not fully self contained so you need to keep track of it power supply. The bodies are made out of different types of plastic.
