HDS EDC (Ra Clicky) "120 Executive" vs "170 Tactical"?

I'm about to buy the EDC-120-E or EDC-170-T. Which one would you buy (and why?) considering the difference in price (nearly factor 2 ...getting it from a local dealer)?
