heat sink to luxeon to optics

What is the best way to attach a heatsink to a luxeon star? Is it to sodder it or to use some kind of special glue....?

Also, what is the best way to attach a lens to the star? Or, is it better to not attach it but have them held in place by the body of the light?

Have the bezel of the light hold them.

Where can I get Arctic Silver or Arctic Alumina EPOXY?
Also, are they just specific heatsink epoxy's?
