After the laser pointer (Wicked Lasers Evo) and flashlights with bluetooth, Princeton Tec offers the first bluetooth lantern:

Edit:
I'd see the Dorcy App Controlled Lantern was introduced before the Helix Bluetooth.

The Fenix CL25R use 18650-Cells, so you'l get nearly twice the capacity.
It's also brighter.

The Helix is just cheaper and smaller.

I'm also curious as to whether anybody has one of these and can report on it? I've read on the Google Play store where people are having trouble with the app: not responding, responding slow, recognizing any near-by Bluetooth device as another lantern, etc.... Seems to kind of defeat the purpose of being able to control it remotely if the app doesn't work very well, though I've never really had a need to turn on a lantern on my picnic table from inside my tent either. Maybe if you're afraid of the dark and can't get out of the tent to go to the bathroom without a light on or you just want to mess with people traipsing through your campsite? :D

If you can live without the Bluetooth feature and want to save some cash, Princeton Tec (or whoever actually manufactures these) makes them branded for Cabelas in AA, a mini version in AAA and a "duel-fuel" version including a sealed rechargeable Li battery.
