Joined to ask about one good flashlight among many sold on DX, TD, FP and TMART. Also wanted to know about 18650 batteries, recycled batteries and cheap batteries and risks associated.

Hi, Boris. I'm no expert when it comes to Li-Ion batteries, but I do use them (18650s and 14500s). I was made aware thru this forum that Li-Ion rechargeables are to be treated with lots of respect! Probably the best place for you to start is to go to the "sticky" on the forum in this website entitled "Flashlight Electronics - Batteries Included" to learn about the cautions and dangers with Li-Ions. :caution:
