I have Question

Q1- wht is relation between (Watt & Lumens)??

Q2- If 200 lumens of LED flashlight is Same Brightness of 200 lumens of Xenon Incandescent flashlight??? Or what??

Q1: I know flashlight efficiancy is measured in lumens per watt, but I'm not too sure what watts are. I know someone will chime in with a better example.

Q2: Lumens are the same no matter what kind of light is putting them out, but human eyes react to different types of light differently. Most people will see better with 200 "incandescent" lumens because an incandescent light puts out a full spectrum, whereas and LED puts out a narrow spectrum.

But...why the LED flashlight after lumens testing the results of overall output coming less than the real lumens number

For example the inova T3 is 80 lumens but after lumens testing become 28 lumens !!!
