Help! Broken wire off D10

Hi all, I have a D10 that has been flicking, especially when I shake the light. I took the LE out of the head and tried to re-flow the LED connections. The moment I melt the solder on the red wire, it fell out.

I checked the driver board, but I couldn't figure out where the little red wire should go to. Can someone who has done some work with D10 help?

It goes on the endcap of the large resistor. It is circled in red. There is no hole for it on the circuit board.
