Help! D-mini digital runs fine on 123a, but gets flakey with 18650

HI, I thought maybe one of the engineer types here could help me. My D-mini SE digital works fine with the 123a battery tube and a 123a primary. However, when I put on PEU's 18650 tube and use either an AW or LG 18650, after 30 minutes or so, I will turn it off, and it will not come back on. Even when I then put in another fresh 18650, nothing. I can then take off the 18650 tube, put the pill and switch back on the original 123a tube...and everything works fine.

I have tried 2 different forward switches and 3 different 18650 batts. I am totally stumped on this one.

Hi woodrow,

1. Please make sure to clean all contact threads (battery tube)
2. Check your battery +ve contact, is it flat type?

Please also note that our D-65 comes with assembly parts to solve the 18650's problems of flat-surface.
