Help ID this Antique Flashlight

I have not been successful in my search here and online in general with identifying an antique Vest light I picked up at a local shop. Was listed as US Army WW1. Appreciate any info.



I have ordered a book recommended by CPF members on collecting flashlights. Maybe some info there, waiting for that to arrive.



This is the light. It was missing a bulb and of course no battery. I added a bulb and using a AAx4 caddy, and works great.
