One of the fun aspects of hosting an avatar externally was image rotator scripts - random avatar with every page load.
No, just personal experience having to deal with (usually) young drivers who think their coffee-can exhaust pipes are tricking everyone around them into thinking they're driving performance machines.
I dont think I could handle that.
Imagine a person but every time you look away they have a different face.
They genuinely believe with all their little hearts that it makes them look cool. Especially towards girls. Really wish these very same guys believed they could fly, and that doing so would impress the girls.
(Though then everyone would have to constantly look up to make sure these very same losers didn't land on them, after jumping off of a building.... just to impress a girl who in my neck of the woods wouldn't even care enough to dial 911 for them.)
BTW, my first car was a used 1998 Ford Escort. Only a handful of years old. Previous owner was a knob who installed one of those exhausts on it. I was very happy when the mechanic, a family friend, put a factory stock exhaust back on it.

Agreed on FWD choice.
I've had several 4WD vehicles over the years & I went with FWD on my Santa Fe Sport.
several reasons why,, even though living in a rough winter climate.
1: the pretreating of roads has taken a genuinely scientific understanding & the roads are far better in winter.
2: less moving parts equals better MPG
3: less moving parts = less parts to wear out
Scandinavians proved long ago, you can do just fine with a FWD

Nothing wrong with that. In terms of reliability, Mazda is very good. Just not quite to the level of Toyota. Still, the Mazda 2 is a Mazda 2 literally everywhere in the world. Except America. Only way you can get one here is to go down to a Toyota dealership and purchase a Yaris.

had a 86 escort exp i loved that car 5 speed 1.9 liter engine the stereo it came with was worth more then i payed for the entire car. .only issue i had was when replaing timeing belt in my drive way. the crankshaft pully was so close to the firewall then i coudnt get a wrench in to remove it. .i drilled a hole in firewall to take off pulley to get to belt. fire wall may not be the correct word
If you are looking for a new to you car, I wouldn't recommend an '86 escort EXP. Too many of them have holes in their firewalls.

Some older Fords and Chevys had knock-out holes in firewall. Just had to locate them by pulling back carpet with AA penlight in hand (;
