I've got a TL-100 charger and two ultrafire protected 18650's from battery junction to use in my olight m20. Put both on the charger the other day and apparently used the plug from my mag charger docking bay for my TL-100 on accident. It worked like normal and was charging the cells and the plug looks almost identical to the plug for my TL-100. When the light went green i took the cells out and attempted to use them only to find my m20 wouldn't work. Thats when i realized what i had done. I tested both cells with a multimeter. One read 0 volts, the other read 3 volts. I attempted to recharge both (with the proper cord this time mind you) on my TL-100 and after 10 hours both are still showing red as if they are not done charging. Did i kill my batteries, or is it more likely that the charger is broken? What if anything can i do to trouble shoot as i don't have any other 18650's handy to try?

Big thanks for anyone that can help an unobservant flashlight noob

What is the voltage of those cells after 10 hours now on the charger?

[reason I ask....]

The TL-100/DSD comes with a 350mA power supply. If your UF cells are anywhere near label capacity (2400mAH?) then it will likely take upwards of 15 hours to fully charge a pair of them.

just checked and they are both exactly 4 volts now. Looks like you are correct and everything is functioning properly still. Any idea at what level the tl-100 should cut off?

nm found it, after 2 seconds of searching, looks like 4.2 volts is the proper charge for most Lithium ion cells. Will continue to charge, thanks for help.
