Help on Arc LS first run ckt?

I just got some Arc LS 2nds, First Runs, and I can't find much info on modding. The one I'm working on was pretty dim, so I opened it up, cleaned it all out, and put in a QXOH hi-dome. It's still a bit dim, measuring 2.913Vf and 141mA at the emitter. I think this circuit is semi-voltage regulated? Can I do anything to get more current through it? Oddly, the epoxy was chipped off one area and a component removed.

Not much can be done with this circuit. If I recall correctly, it is simply two of the ARC AAA circuits operating in parallel.

Which is probably why you're only getting half the rated power, since only one of the two circuits is running.
