Hi guys, I sent a $35 package UNinsured priority and it hasn't arrived, the other package that I sent in that transaction arrived OK (Maybe was the delivery confirmation I bought for it) Is there anything I can do besides writing it off as loss? Have you had any luck getting something back from USPS or is it an exercise in futility?

BTW USPS SUXXXXXX! (To put it in a civil manner)

Thanks!
Alex

I had a package stolen outside my door about four weeks ago (09-04-04); the USPS person did not ring or knock.
But I received a refund from the company I purchased the product from itself a couple of days ago, so that's good enough for me. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think it would be futile to pursue the USPS for a missing uninsured package. That is what the insurance is for. FWIW, I suspect that the vast majority of missing packages are not lost by the USPS, but stolen after delivery or actually received and then reported missing by the recipients as a scam.
