Another recommending Tektite here. I have a handful of Tektite dive lights that are so old that they're pre-Luxeon.

I recommend them as a manufacturer to look into their newer models as the ones I own are very tight (1,000 ft), no-nonsense lights that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
