Hid flashlight in this size?

Or would Led be the brightest in this size, as I don't think there is a HID in the size.

I believe Mac in the customs section made a few really small HIDs. I seem to remember them being underperformers but quite nice looking.

The EzNite is smaller, 10w and 500lm but no longer in production
Check on Microfire for small HIDs over at 4sevens site

LED flashlights dominate this category. The smallest was the Jil EzNite which produced about 500 lumens. These days the S12 Maelstrom LED would destroy the EzNite with regards to sheer lumen output. Low wattage HID's can't compete with recent LED advancements.
