Does anyone know where I can find the brightest 3mm white LEDs for a resonable price?
This may be a little OT, because it is for slot car lights. 3mm is the optimal size for this, and I will be driving them at around 10mA. A narrow beem is good and LED's that are a bit cold/blue and looks like Zenon lights is the best.
I got some from Ebay ratede at 22.000mcd@20mA, but they where not as bright at I would like them to be.
I am making a little slot car light kit that also have red tail lights with break light and a supercap that gives constant light. The reason for this is that what you can bay is large, heavy, expencive and does't work the way I want.
