High quality flashlight manufacturers in China like Quantum

I was curious about the highest quality manufacturers in China.
I heard that Quantum was making iconlights and streamlight.
Are there any other company such as Quantum that are known for best quality?
We are looking to manufacture our own unique flashlights and would be grateful for your recommendations.
