I saw one of these at this site web page
It's at the bottom of the page. I know there are radios that small that are no bigger than a credit card.

Other than maybe the adaptor that turns them into an FM radio these are pretty useless. You plug in postage-stamp sized clips that have about 30 seconds of music on them.

There's LOTS of small small electronic tuning FM radios out there. Might give one of those a try.
