HO-A2 runtime

Twice now I've had my HO-A2 drop to low-incan after only 15-20 minutes on brand new Surefire cells. After I get home I seem to get more runtime out of them but I haven't timed it yet. I'm running it outdoors in -10 to -20C weather so I'm wondering if the cold could be affecting the cells? With the stock lamp I'm sure I was getting the usual 45-50 minutes.

I'm getting at least 40+ minutes per set of SureFire, Sanyo and Panasonic primaries.
