Holster holster holster

:( Sorry for your loss. I dont use a holster - people think I'm weird enough with my flashlight 'problem'. If I am going to be in a situation where I might lose a light, I will use a lanyard.

+1 on the belt clip - it's the way I carry most of my smaller flashlights.

What is on the shopping list for a replacement? :sold:

was thinking of an Eagletac T100C2 new model, surefires are too painful to lose :D

It might speed the return of your G2 if you mention the rechargeables in it might explode if charged incorrectly. Fear of injury might bring it forward.

I feel your pain... but you need to look at the positive side here, at least it wasn't an M3 (and now you have an excuse to replace) ;)

Shameless plug... I know this guy...

Sorry to hear you lost your G2.

I wear the holster below at work. It houses my NovaTac or Ra Clicky. I love it.

In a casual setting, I keep my flashlight(s) in my front pocket. I rarely use clips. I don't think I could ever lose it, but I guess you never know. In the winter I am guilty of keeping a flashlight in a non-zippered front pocket, but I normally keep my hands in the pockets, so I am constantly checking to make sure it is still there.

i use to have a hard time with my OCD and always thought i would drop something out of my pocket.. and would repeatidly check the ground to see if i dropped anything of mine.

:whistle::whistle::whistle:

My favorite cargo shorts had button and zipped pockets... I still use to panic if I put something in the wrong pocket

Eagletac is cool, but if you buy a shiny new Surefire you will be sure not to lose it (kevlar lanyard perhaps)

kevlar lanyard? heck, think i would surgically attach the thing to myself :D

thing is, surefires are marked up pretty high here in singapore, so i guess i'll be surfing the MP for a bit.

Edit: woo hoo, ordered another G2 off CPFMP, this baby is going to be holstered! Just seem to like the feel of a G2 and also, since i do some saltwater fishing, i wont have to worry about corrosion.

Thanks for all the sympathy guys, the Norms just go, "you lost a light? what's the big deal?"

"What's big deal??????" only you guys here understand what it means to lose a light.
