Hotlips Heatsink???

Are the hotlip heatsinks for a c cell mag available for purchase and if so, where? I'm making my brother-in-law a converted light for Christmas. I'll have all the equipment needed to make my own heatsinks soon, but for now I need to buy something to get it done in time. Thanks for any help.
