The multicoloureds ata tenner are only red amcer yellow green
For 30 squid there`s the 120 all blue set which must admit is tempting.
Think theres an iffy looking battery set as well.

Some branches of B&Q have the red `berry` lites not stunning but cute in their own way.

Any more sightings?

Maplin`s battery LED set is in fact a great item. OK so there`s only 15 lamps, but they are red, white and blue, in the same mini-frosted-globe style to their all-blue set (yes, I have one of each) and are pretty damn bright too! But the best bit about them is that the battery pack (which incidentally runs from C cells giving them a decent usable run time) contains a 5 channel 8 effect controller. The set is wired in 5 sections of 3 lights, one after the other, and the effects are pretty good. Waay better than the usual boring lot of patterns that almost every other light set controller has.

Worth the 8 quid, or whatever it was that they cost. It wasn`t much considering. Remember- red, white and blue, not just a plain red / yellow / green set.

Oh - and I do reccomend the 112 lamp all-blue set. Bright lights and a stunning blue colour. The 120 multi set`s not bad either. Woulda been better if there were blues in there, but what do you expect for a tenner?
