How do you signify battery length in a part # if it's longer than 99mm?

Say for example you've got a 18mm x 65mm round cell, that's obviously a 18650. However, what if you've got a cell that's 18mm x 130mm (twice the length of the aforementioned cell), what numbering system would you use? Now I know that particular cell doesn't exist yet, at least not within our community, so it's a hypothetical for now. And I also know that there's no charger designed to hold a cell of that size in a carrier, meaning charging leads with magnets or a custom rig would have to be used. But is there any feasibility for a cell to be made in those dimensions?

What I'm thinking of is a Z44 + Leef 2x18650 C-C tube + Z58 running a Malkoff M30 with incredible runtimes. And for the record, I already know what you're going to say: "An M60 with 2x18650's would provide close to the same runtime" Yes, I'm aware of this....I'm just thinking outside of the box a bit. What fun is a hobby if you can't use your imagination?

I have seen "M" size cells listed as 42120e (42mm by 120mm).. I'm not sure if that "e" on the end is supposed to somehow mean cylindrical or what...

I'm not sure if there is a standard in the industry for labeling cell sizes over 100mm length, but FYI, there are MANY cells out there that are larger than 100mm long.

A123 also has a 32157 size cell (32mm x 157mm), target applications are hybrid/electric vehicles. It is listed as a 32157 size cell.
