how is it possible to fit a P60 into an SC1 while still being able to fit 6 cr123As in it?

the primary spring is simply too wide to seat itself in the middle:shakehead

I can store 6xCR123As or a lamp...but not both, wtf?

did you try putting the bulb assembly upside down? maybe withe the reflector facing down it will fit

mine fits.

You need to put the lamp assembly in spring first (reflector up), then the batteries.

I have a couple of SC1's and they all fit both the bulb and 6X123's. I don't know whats up with yours:shrug:

hmm...odd
I placed the lamp in first, then proceeded to fill it with batteries. with the lamp in the container i can only fit 3 cells in on one side, the other side there is no room for cells, I crammed one in and the it put a dent the wrapping:shakehead

oh well, I bought the SC1 for the M6, no point carrying a P60 with me...just thought it was odd:shakehead

maybe if you upload a pic someone can say if its normal or a defect. maybe size15 can help

:lolsign: :stupid:

I figured out why...I was trying it our with a Cabelas XPG lamp
the cabelas lamp's main spring is 1/8" wider than the normal P60

I took out the P60 in my G2 and lol...drops right in:whistle:

gee...I always have the tendency to fear the worst:shakehead
