Hunter II M390 (?) Im sure the M390 is not the type of steel used .
Bevel = 19.5 degrees per side
HRC = 55HRC file bites / 50HRC file skates
Fail = 250 slices with signs at 200 slices
2nd Fail = 200 slice roller fail .. Knife was re sharpened on the wet stone grinder , Wood Stropped back strong !
