I got a freak laser!

I just bought a 95mW green laser pointer and when it got here it turns out it's a 125mW+ peaking at over 140mW! :devil:

It's one of those CNI pen sized lasers sold at techlasers, is there any danger that the diode might burn-out?

Not as long as you use it with short duty cycles. Do they warranty their lights? If they do as Wicked Lasers does then they'll replace if if you fry it.

I always try my best not to go over a minute and turn if off to let it cool down for around 20-30 secs. The warranty they have for my laser is for about 6 months. I hope if anything happens...happens within that time.
