I need help from a Japan user ( on Icom IC-R20 ).

Hello,

i'm planning to buy the new radio-scanner Icom IC-R20 , can someone confirm if the R20 is on-sale in Japan ?
I 'll buy it when it will be available in Italy, but i want to know if now it is available in Japan yet.
Or i would like to know the release date ( if possible )

I just asked my Japanese friend here if he could find it, and he came back with this web page: IC-R20

I don't know what it says, but it looks like a full product page. My friend says that from the look of the page the product is available.

So, I called customer service.
The reply was, [They have been on sale in Japan for about a week, we do not have any details on IF or WHEN this model will be released outside the country]
