Wasn't Tyler Durden assembling 3 watt LED lamp assemblies that drop in to the Surefire 6P et al? Aren't the Pila and Surefire classic series LA about the same size?

I love the SF L4 flood, but I agree on the hi/lo switch!

I've asked Jon for that several times with the GL-4. Can you say L-O-O-O-O-O-N-G R-U-N T-I-M-E? With a 5 watter the output should look like a SF L-5.

I have been told that there would be thermal path issues due to the way the LA rests in the body.

I will not give up hope...
