If the Reactor and the KL1 use LS LED, then why?

Is the KL1 soooooooo much brighter? Can't be the regulation right? My Reactor is not bright, or have I been spoiled by the KL1....but they use the same LED.....?

They use the same *type* of LED, but the selection process is different. SF is most likely able to procure a better batch of LS's. SF is also choosing the higher color temp ones on purpose.

... and the KL1 LS is being driven harder. The KL1 can dissipate the heat far better than the Reactor, so it can safely be driven harder.
