Just got an order in from LightHound and charged one of the IMR6340's on my ICE Charger with no problems. The other cell I'm getting an error message stating that "The cell is too cold to operate 31.7deg" which it clearly is not but the warning bells go off on my charging thus terminating the charge.

Is this cell DOA?

Thanks,
Dave

Never mind - Helps if I read the instructions that I haven't looked at in about 3 years. The cell is now charging!

What is the voltage reading of the cell? If it is above 2.6V, it is safe to charge. Please also check your connection with the charger - the warning message doesn't make any sense.

The voltage on the cell was reading 4.06. I was able to top off the cell after all. It was the temperature sensor that the connection became loose. So, all is well. Thanks for checking in... Your cells are first rate as usual.:twothumbs
