Individual charging control

Hi, when an AA/AAA battery charger have individual charging controls, i.e. 4 channels for charging 4 batteries.

Does it means that one can charge 1 x AA and 1 x AAA at the same time?

Yes, it is always good to check the manual, but all of the chargers that I have, or have come across all let you mix and match AA and AAA while charging.
