Lowes/Home Depot sell very inexpensive, high quality O-ring packs in a zillion sizes to suit any purpose. Plumbing section. Danco brand is good.

A few "mods' for almost nothing:

Streamlight Twin-Task lights: they all have "grooves" cut into the barrels, fill the suckers with appropriate size O-rings, better grip, looks cool, protects the lights from damage.

Streamlight Ultrastinger: hard to find the "go" button. A pair of O-rings on either side of the switch locates it in a flash.

Slippery SL Propolymer 4AA lights: a few big O-rings here and there, and you WON'T drop it.

Poor water resistance: add some more for cheap.

Pelican M6: kinda "fake" knurling, add an O-ring or two, especially in front of the tailcap, where there is a void. Feels much better.

Older 6Ps/9Ps with round bodies; slippery aren't they ?: yea, O-rings.

My Arc AAAs have o-rings on the head, because I have a problem turning them on with one hand.

$ 10 will buy you a lot of fun, and a LOT of O-rings, and you won't have to screw around with the manufacturer to ship you ONE, for $2 with shipping.

Buy some, and let me know what you do with them.
