Hello All,
I have this and Im waaaaayyyy disappointed in the brightness. I tried a new Alkaline and a new Lithium.

Im wanting to know if there is any way to increase its brightness. My itty bitty Photon 2 blows this thing away.

I beleive that this is regulated as well (I asked the same question about my Opalec mod) so I may be out of luck.

THANKS ALL
Jeffrey

I don't believe it is regulated, it just uses a step up converter. The appeal to many of this light is the very long run time. If you haven't already, I strongly advise to consider getting an Arc AAA. Smaller, brighter, then an Infinity but with still a five hour plus runtime and it's regulated.

Since buying the Arc AAA my Infinity never gets used anymore but still a good insurance policy to carry with me when hiking, etc.

I just picked up a couple (one green and one blue-green) and like them. Loaded them with lithiums and wandered around a little outside last night. My new blue Photon is way brighter, but these things will run for a llooonnn time compared to the Photon. I like 'em!

In case you didn't realize, it's supposed to be dim. It's long runtime comes at the cost of a dimmer output. It's a fantastic light, however, for walking around in a house at night and not waking your spouse or blowing away your night adapted vision. Likewise it's great around the camp for searching in your bag or in-tent use at night (think "really dark" - a little light is better than too much)
