Inova Inforce - IR LED???

I'm trying to come up with a drop-in replacement IR LED for a home project I'm working on and I'm having trouble finding an IR SMD LED small enough to fit in my package volume. I own an Inova Inforce color flashlight with an IR chip in it that works awesome! It's tiny (~2x1.5x1mm) and it lights up my backyard like someone just flipped the outside spotlight on.

Does anyone know what IR LED Inova is using on this flashlight?????
