I thought I'd post some of features of osCommerce since I still see some shoppers having some trouble.
Shopping Cart
First off. The reason for creating an account is to allow you to come back and visit and the site will know who you are. For example, your shopping cart contents will still be there on subsequent visits. Did you know that? It will help our processing if you put the known items in the cart that you want. If you get stuck, don't go thru checkout. Instead send an enquiry to us and when you get clarification complete your cart and proceed to checkout at that point.
The site doesn't handle adding to your order and we do this manually which mainly causes errors and we short ship many orders.
Paypal Please read the paypal thread if you have never used paypal on the site before. You must end up back at osCommerce final screen or your order will only be partially complete. (ie you have paid only.)
