Is the Maha MH-c204F charger a good charger to use with the Eneloop batteries?

I'm going to buy some eneloop batteries and I'm wondering how good the maha 204f charger would be for the eneloops.

The manufacturers of all hybrids, including Eneloops, say that they should be handled and charged like any NimH battery.
So if your charger is designed for NimH battery charging, then it will properly charge Eneloops or Hybrio's or whatever.

I have that same charger (2 of them) and was pondering the same question, enough so that I contacted Maha and asked. These charges will do fine on Eneloops...the downside is they must charge two batteries at once--cannot charge individual cells.

It's a shame the OP bought two of the 204f's, because for just $20 than he spent for those, he could have bought the C9000 which CAN charge independantly, plus it has some pretty useful features for forming, testing and maintenance.

You can keep your shame, thanks. I am not the OP, and I have had the chargers for over 6 years...not sure your referenced charger was around then.

Yeah, I guess my reply came out a bit harsh...sorry about that Zenster. Once I dive into the Eneloop technology, I will probably dump the old Maha's anyhow, so thanks for the recommendation.
