Is the Romisen RC-F4 reliable?

I was looking at the DX prices for the Romisen RC-F4, and was wondering if these lights are reliable. I'm not expecting INOVA or Surefire quality. I'm just wondering how reliable these lights are.

Well I don't remember reading about any broken ones.

They should be able to take some abuse.
