As for that Nitecore model you mentioned. I have one myself.
Neat little light. No way in Hell is it pumping out remotely 500 lumens.
Almost every single company in the industry lies about max output!
Standard industry practice. Anything small enough to actually qualify as a keychain light is not capable of 500 real lumens in mid.-2024.

Do you know of one with strobe (without audible alarm) with any amount of lumens?
Off the top of my head, NEXTORCH K40.
(Again, you're not getting 700 actual lumens or anywhere close to 500. But you do get strobe without an alarm function.)
