I'm not familiar with the Wolf eyes storm...
However I know it's
not the only flashlight that meets your requirements;
The
Fenix TK40 (8 AA batteries)
2 Modes, 8 Total Outputs
- Primary Modes (in order)
- Turbo - 630 Lumens, 2 Hour
- Low - 13 Lumens, 150 Hours
- Medium - 93 Lumens, 20 Hours
- High - 277 Lumens, 6.8 Hours
The
Olight M30 Triton; (2 18650, 3 rcr123a's, 4 cr123a's, or 2 18500's)
- Output and runtime (2x18650, to 50%): High Mode 700 lumens/1.5 hours,
- Medium Mode 120 lumens/9 hours,
- Low Mode 8 lumens/90 hours (close enough)
The
Jetbeam M1X;
Output & Runtime:
CR123*3
Max Output
450 Lumen(Torch Lumen), 100 mins
Min Output 10 Lumen(Torch Lumen), lasting for
150 hours
CR123*4
Max Output
450 Lumen(Torch Lumen), 130 mins
Min Output 10 Lumen(Torch Lumen),
lasting for 200 hours
18650 Rechargeable Lithium Batteries
Max Output
450 Lumen(Torch Lumen), 3Hours
Min Output 10 Lumen(Torch Lumen), lasting for
300 hours
The Jetbeams lumen ratings are in torch lumens, which is rated brighter than emitter lumens, which the tk40 and the M30 triton use to rate their brightness. What I'm trying to say is though the Jetbeam appears to have less lumens on paper, all these lights produce
roughly the same amount of light.
Here is a decent video review of all three:

I have both a TK40 and an Olight M30, both have pros and cons, both perform very well overall. I haven't put either through to much torture yet - other than a drop or two, but they're both solid quality lights.
This guy, however, did torture his TK40;
