I am interested in finding a cheap flashlight with a 30mm diameter (1.181") metal reflector. I want to use the reflector to make a compact 7.2V light in a body I already have. The bulb holder can be plastic because I will replace it with a high temperature substitute, but I do need the female-threaded PR bulb "socket", to which the bulb holder threads , attached to the base of the reflector. I cannot use an LED reflector because it won't support the bulb.

I am thinking there may be some AA or C-sized light like this that someone has seen. If you have something like this and are interested in selling/trading it please send me a PM.

Pelican might. They make many low-cost (but high-quality) flashlights, using many different reflectors. Perhaps their 2C light or their 3C Sabrelite?

batteryjunction has the reflectors for lumapower m1 and d-mini at $9.95, but they're 31mm, and besides, they were made for the cree leds. dont know how that will work with an incan in there
